The CCAR Foundation welcomes grant applications for program and project initiatives from organizations in Carroll County and nearby portions of Baltimore, Frederick, and Howard counties. Applicants must be qualified charitable organizations as defined under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. CCAR Foundation does not provide funding for on-going operating expenses.
